Pocket Peachy — Terms of Service. Revised 2 November 2026. These terms cover the current offline game by OneVidaria Digital, intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Using the game. You may install and play for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Except as permitted by law or third-party licenses, do not sell, copy or redistribute the game or its content. Third-party software remains governed by its own licenses, available in Settings > Credits & licenses and Font license.
Fictional parody. Pocket Peachy is a work of fictional parody and satire. Its characters and events are invented. Any resemblance to real persons is for comedic commentary only and does not state facts about them. This story is not a report of real events.
Free offline play. No accounts, ads or purchases are active. The Store's Outfits and Support Pocket Peachy sections are previews: they do not process payments, grant purchased items or record contributions. Any future paid features require updated terms and purchase information before becoming available.
Local progress. Progress and settings are stored on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove them; there is no account-based recovery. Updates may change content and save compatibility. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and rights. The game is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, OneVidaria Digital disclaims warranties and liability for losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes. Revised terms will be made available in the game and on its policy page. Review them before using a changed version.
